freshly ground black pepper

large pear (or 1 small)
(very thinly sliced)
juice of half a lemon

cup glazed walnuts

cup blue cheese
(crumbled)
Instructions
Toss the arugula with the olive oil, pinch of salt, and pepper.
Add the sliced pear and squeeze of lemon juice; toss.
Mix in the blue cheese and walnuts.
This salad is also good with goat cheese.
